My son is in 5th grade and they are starting to learn a lot in science class. He really enjoys it, so I ordered him this microscope set. It's the real deal! It's actually a real, solid working microscope. It comes with pre-made slides, as well as blank slides and tools to create your own. Awesome tool for any kid who is interested in learning more about our planet!
