We bought this for my 3 1/2 yr. old granddaughter for Christmas and so glad we did. She absolutely loves it! It is more expensive than the plastic ones but it comes with everything but the family. It is well worth it! It is very sturdy and the details are amazing. It took my husband & son about an hour to put together and the tool even came in the box. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice doll house. We are very pleased with it.
