Uptown Kitchen with Breakfast Bar and 2 Stools

I purchased this for Christmas 2011. On Christmas day, within hours of opening the present, my kids broke the breakfast bar clean off. My husband repaired it by adding two dowel rods as soon as hardware stores opened on Dec 26. Within a week, a leg fell off one of the stools, rendering it unsafe and useless. Within a month, a leg on the other stool came off. At this point I called CP Toys to let them know the set was a piece of junk. The lady on the other line said "oh, that's terrible. Have a nice day!" She could not have cared less that I spent close to $200 with shipping for something I had to toss by February.

Just a note - I purchased 3 other toys from CP Toys this past Christmas. We were not happy with ANY of them. I would never shop with this company again.

We bought this back in November 2011 and now all the doors are broken. Only one of the two barstools fit together without wobbling when we first put it together. The only barstool that didn't wobble did not last longer than a month of use. I bought it for my 2 yr old and ocaasionally, her cousin, who is 6 yrs old, comes to play with her. One day I noticed the clear plastic on the oven door and on the microwave cracked and hanging from the door. The kitchen didn't even last six months and is going in the trash. We will not buy from CP Toys again.
