If you have forgotten your password, go to login and fill in your email address and possible password. If the password is incorrect you will be taken to a follow-up page where you can click on I forgot my password and it will be sent to you automatically. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes check your spam or junk folder. If the email is still not received then you can send an email to webmaster@ustoyco.com with the subject “CP Toys Password Recovery” and we’ll send it back to you within 24-48 hours.
What if I want to change my billing address?
In the event you need to change your billing address you will need to login to our website. Once logged in you will need to click on My Account link either in the footer area or header area. Once on your account information page you can change anything except your name. If you have problems changing your billing address information please call our customer service department toll free at 1-800-448-7830 between 8am and 5pm CST Monday through Friday or email custservice@ustoyco.com with the subject “CP Toys Billing Address Change” and we will update your information.
If you have an active coupon or promotion, you may enter the code in your shopping cart after you have added an item.
Why doesn't my coupon code work?
Our offers are catalog/site specific. Please make sure you are on the correct site. Coupon codes for Constructive Playthings School Division only work on www.constructive playthings.com and coupon codes for CP Toys Division only work on www.cptoy.com
Why can’t I find some items that are in the catalog?
We continually update our items to ensure that you always get the highest quality products when shopping at US Toy. Due to our frequently changing product line, the website occasionally has products that the catalogs do not. On rare occasions, you may not be able to find an item that is in a past or current catalog. This may be because that particular product is sold out or discontinued.
Originally Constructive Playthings sold high quality materials and furniture of educational value to Schools, Day Care Centers, Churches, etc. After numerous requests from parents and families in 1983, we published our first Parent/Family catalog with some of the same products we sell to schools. These toys are durable, encourage creativity, have long-term play values, are open-ended, and are fun. When our professional staff evaluates an item, they ask, "Will it be good for the child and will they be delighted to receive it?"
What if I have spam filtering setup for my email
If you have an email spam filtering service you will need to add the domain “@ustoyco.com” to the “Safe List” in your junk mail folder. This change will allow you to receive emails relating to order confirmations, shipping notifications, or promotions and events (if you have opted to receive them).
How can I get more information on an item?
If you have a question about a specific item(s), please email us at ustoy@ustoyco.com with the subject line “Request Additional Item Information” and we will send you more information as soon as possible.
While we strive to maintain our inventory at levels sufficient to satisfy demand, inventory levels may become insufficient to satisfy requests. In the event items become out-of-stock, backorders of these items are not permitted through the CP Toys website. If you desire to order an item on backorder or out-of-stock, please contact a customer service agent at 1-800-832-0572.
On Churches, Schools and Non-profit organizations can file for tax exempt status by filing a 501c3 form. Individuals who pay with a personal credit card for the benefit of churches, schools or NPO’s are not eligible for tax exemption.
Shopping Cart/ Checkout Issues
If you are unable to add items to your shopping cart, or if you get an error message when you try to checkout there may be an issue with our cookie. If you are experiencing these errors please click here to reset the cookie. If problems continue, please email us at webmaster@ustoyco.com with the subject “Checkout Error” and a description of the error you are experiencing. We will get back to you within 24-48 hrs.
How do I change or cancel my order?
At US Toy, we do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order.
